Four steps, entirely from home
There are no clinic waiting rooms. Everything happens over secure video and messaging with your care team.
- 01
Eligibility check
A two-minute questionnaire about your goals and health. No card, no obligation.
- 02
Doctor video consult
Dr Quek reviews your history and goals over secure two-way video — never a form.
- 03
Your programme
Your GLP-1 medication (the catalyst), a personalised nutrition and daily activity plan, and daily WhatsApp coaching to keep it in front of you.
- 04
Track & taper
Regular reviews with Dr Quek, the lowest effective dose, and a plan toward your exit where clinically appropriate.
The check is free, the consult is S$20
The eligibility check takes about two minutes and does not ask for a card. If the programme looks like a fit, the next step is a 20-minute video consultation with Dr Quek, charged at S$20. Suitability is confirmed by Dr Quek at that consultation, never by the questionnaire. What the programme costs after that is set out on the pricing page.
You're not doing this alone.
The consultation is where this starts, not where it ends. This is what happens in between.
A WhatsApp line, 9am to 9pm
Message the clinic whenever something comes up — a side effect, a question about your plan, a week that went badly. Your care team is on WhatsApp from 9am to 9pm every day, Singapore time, so little has to wait for your next appointment.
An assistant that keeps you on the plan
Dr Quek sets your nutrition and exercise plan. An AI-powered assistant on the same WhatsApp line coaches you through it every day — reminders, check-ins, and progress tracking. The plan is Dr Quek's. The assistant is what keeps it in front of you.
Follow-ups on a schedule, not on request
We check in after your first dose, again on day 3, day 7, and weekly from there. Dose changes, side effects and plateaus get caught early because someone is actually watching.
Free, about two minutes, no card.
GLP-1 medication is prescription-only and is dispensed solely where clinically appropriate, as determined by Dr Quek. This page describes how the service works and is not medical advice.
