What the programme costs
One monthly fee covers the whole programme — consultation, medication, your plan, your reviews and your support. It starts at S$388 a month and depends on the dose you are prescribed.
All-in, billed monthly. Your monthly price depends on the dose you are prescribed, so this is where the programme starts rather than a single fee everyone pays.
Everything in one fee
There are no consultation fees stacked on medication costs stacked on add-ons. The monthly fee covers all of this:
- Doctor video consultation and ongoing medical oversight
- GLP-1 medication — the catalyst — oral or injectable, as prescribed, delivered discreetly to you
- A personalised nutrition and daily activity plan
- WhatsApp support from your care team, 9am to 9pm daily
- A plan assistant that sends reminders, check-ins and progress tracking
- Follow-ups after your first dose, then day 3, day 7, and weekly
- Dose reviews that work toward your lowest effective dose
The first consult is S$20
Before any of the above, there is a 20-minute video consultation with Dr Quek, charged at S$20. It is how you and Dr Quek decide whether the programme is right for you, and there is no obligation to continue afterwards.
The eligibility check that comes before it is free, takes about two minutes and does not ask for a card. Whether the programme is suitable for you is confirmed by Dr Quek at the consultation, never by the questionnaire.
No lock-in
There is no lock-in — you can cancel at any time. That is the same commitment made on the homepage, and it is the whole of it: anything else about how billing ends is in the Terms rather than paraphrased here.
You can change your first consultation at no charge any time before it starts, and your payment carries over. The fee is non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend. The full terms, including how billing and refunds work, are in the Terms of Service.
