Please read this disclaimer carefully before relying on anything you read on this website.

This website is information, not medical advice

Everything on this website is provided for general information about GetLean's intended service and about GLP-1 weight-loss care. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified doctor who knows your circumstances.

Any educational figures on this website — for example results reported in clinical trials — describe those studies. They are not a promise or prediction about your own results. Individual results vary.

No doctor–patient relationship is formed by using this website

Reading this website, completing the eligibility questionnaire, or making a pre-launch test booking does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and any GetLean doctor. That relationship begins only if and when a Singapore-registered doctor accepts you into care following a consultation after clinical services begin.

The eligibility questionnaire is a preliminary screen to help a doctor decide whether to assess you further. Whatever result it shows you, it is not a medical assessment, a diagnosis, or a decision to treat.

Suitability and prescribing are decided by a doctor

GLP-1 medication is prescription-only. Whether it is appropriate for you — and whether it is prescribed at all — is decided solely by a Singapore-registered doctor, based on a proper assessment of your health. Nothing on this website should be taken as a recommendation that you should, or will, be prescribed any medication.

Do not delay seeking care because of this website

Do not disregard or delay seeking advice from a doctor or other qualified health professional because of something you have read here. If you have a health concern, speak to a doctor.

In an emergency

Any person who needs any essential life-saving measure should not seek to receive such measure remotely from GetLean Clinic. In a medical emergency, call 995 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.

This website and the GetLean service are not for emergencies and are not monitored around the clock. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, or think you may be, call 995 for an ambulance in Singapore or go to your nearest hospital emergency department immediately. If you are having thoughts of harming yourself, contact a doctor or a crisis helpline without delay.
