These terms govern your use of the GetLean website during public pre-launch testing and, once separately approved and activated, the consultation service it is intended to provide. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer. By using this website you agree to these terms.
The service described here is operated by COMPOSED MEDICAL GROUP PTE. LTD. (UEN 202632916G) ("GetLean", "we", "us").
What GetLean is
GetLean is building a doctor-led telehealth weight-loss programme in Singapore. It uses GLP-1 medication as a catalyst, daily WhatsApp coaching to build habits, and a planned taper set by the doctor, so that the programme is designed to end. Once clinical services begin, a Singapore-registered doctor will assess each person's suitability and provide care where clinically appropriate.
What this website is, and is not
At present this website is in public pre-launch testing. It:
- Provides information about the service.
- Runs an eligibility questionnaire so that a doctor can review your answers.
- Lets testers exercise an appointment flow connected to Plato.
- Uses Stripe's test environment. It does not take real payment.
A booking made during this testing period is a test record, not a clinical appointment. Clinical services have not begun.

Suitability is decided by a doctor
Whether the programme is appropriate for you is determined solely by a Singapore-registered doctor, based on your questionnaire answers and consultation. The eligibility questionnaire and any indication it gives you are a preliminary screen only; they are not a medical decision and do not guarantee that you will be offered treatment.
A consultation does not guarantee a prescription
Booking or attending a consultation does not entitle you to a prescription for GLP-1 medication or any other treatment. The doctor may conclude that the programme is not suitable for you, or that a different course of action is appropriate. Medication is prescription-only and is provided solely where the doctor judges it clinically appropriate.
Intended live-service fees, cancellation, and refunds
The terms in this section describe the intended live service. They do not apply to the current Stripe test flow, which takes no real money and creates no clinical appointment.
Consultation fee. The first consultation is charged at S$20 (Singapore dollars). It covers the doctor's assessment of whether the programme is suitable for you. Subsequent consultations under the programme are provided at no charge.
Changing your appointment. You can change your first consultation at no charge at any time before it starts, using the private link in your confirmation or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Your original consultation payment carries over to the new time.
Cancellation and no-show. The consultation fee is strictly non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend your appointment (a no-show).
If the doctor finds you unsuitable. The fee pays for the doctor's assessment itself, so it is not refunded if the doctor concludes that the programme is not suitable for you.
Eligibility to use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Singapore to use the consultation service. You agree that the information you give in the questionnaire and any consultation is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, as the doctor's assessment depends on it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website — for example by submitting false information, attempting to access data that is not yours, or interfering with its operation.
Our social media pages
We run a Facebook Page and an Instagram account. If you comment on one of our posts or send those accounts a message:
- Your comment is public. Anyone can see it, including people who are not looking for us. Please do not post anything about your own health, your medication, or your treatment in a public comment — send it to us privately instead, or raise it at a consultation.
- We may reply publicly, and we may not reply at all. Where we do reply, it is with wording our doctor has approved in advance. We do not give clinical advice in a public comment, and we will not discuss any individual's health there — including to confirm or deny that someone is a patient.
- A comment or a message is not a consultation and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. See our Medical Disclaimer.
- We may hide or delete comments that name a prescription medicine, identify another person, or are abusive, and we may report or block accounts that do so repeatedly.
- You can ask us to delete the copy we hold of your comments and messages — see Deleting data we hold from Facebook or Instagram in our Privacy Policy. Removing the comment from Facebook or Instagram itself is something only you can do.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to GetLean or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GetLean is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website itself (as distinct from the medical care provided by a doctor, which is governed by the applicable professional and clinical standards). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the version and date shown at the top of the page.
